As former collegiate athletes at both the Division 1 and NAIA levels, fitness has been apart of our everyday lives for the last 20 years, with a primary focus in functional fitness.


We were introduced to CrossFit in 2015 and immediately fell in love with it, however, we still loved our traditional lifting that always left us feeling strong and lean. So, we started mixing body building style training with high intensity functional fitness. That's how we came up with Hybrid Functional Body Building.


In this 30 day program you will get a combination of high intensity functional training and  similar concepts to german volume training. Strength, cardio and functionality all mixed in one.
