Stephone Allen

Co-Owner/Founder

Stephone was a two sport athlete in college. After college, fitness and working out was still on his heart but in a different way. He quickly found a new passion in health and fitness helping others reach their goals and changing their lifestyle. Stephone has been in the fitness industry for the last 5 years as a personal trainer, head coach and gym general manager. He has a wife and three kids. He is on a mission to impact as many lives as he can through health / fitness. 

Stephone is certified through AFAA, CrossFit L-1.

Trever Miller

Co-Owner/Founder

Trever has always had a passion for fitness and health. Playing football in high school and college, his focus was always for his own well being. Shortly after he graduated college, he realized that his passion had shifted to helping others reach and surpass their goals. Operating a gym has been his dream for as long as he can remember, and that dream has now become a reality. He has dedicated his life to serving others and helping them get fit for life! Trever has been in the fitness industry coaching and programming since 2018. He has a wife and three pups. His dream is to help and encourage everyone he meets to become the best versions of themselves through the vessel of fitness and health

Trever is certified through CFL-1, CrossFit Gymnastics.

Adelaide Leonard

Coach

Addy grew up being active, she was captain of her dance team and on the swim team in high school, then played ultimate frisbee in college, where she also got her start teaching group fitness classes. After graduating college in 2017, she moved to Columbia and found a community that shared her love and passion for health and fitness. Addy has also been practicing yoga for about 12 years, and in 2020 decided to pursue her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training. She now teaches yoga at Vigor Movement as well as coaches regular VM classes intermittently. Her latest achievement has been taking on a certification specifically for coaching women, where she learned how to better help women deal with disordered eating, body image, menopause, pelvic floor health, hormone issues, and countless other women- specific concerns. 

 

Addy has her CFL-1, 200 Yoga Teacher Training, and is a Certified Women's Coaching Specialist
