Vigor Fit

Vigor Strength 

  If you're ready to take your fitness to the next level, no matter where you are in your fitness journey, then this is the class for you! Vigor Fit is a high energy class that focuses on functional movements and strength, all while keeping your heart rate elevated.

  Increase your overall strength and power output with Vigor Strength! This class focuses on accessory movements that will improve imbalances, enhance body composition, and help in preventing injuries. This is the perfect complement to our Vigor Fit class!

Vigor Move

  Let's MOVE! This class will help improve your Stamina, Endurance, Stability, and Mobility. Vigor Move is a low impact, moderate-to-high intensity class, that focuses on bodyweight movements and hitting different heart rate zones.

Open Gym

Open Gym

Train on your own time.

Open 6 days a week!
We offer open gym hours for our athletes and you must have an active membership to access open gym.
